The individual must be self-motivated, very clean, trustworthy and flexible, work well with others, be a good listener and team player. Good provisioning skills, nicely plated meals, healthy choices and a variety of cuisines. Someone that truly loves to cook.
Opportunity to stay longer if al parties agree.
Culinary trained or culinary qualifications/ courses.
Responsibilities: Cooking all meals for owners, guests and crew. Keeping Galley, Clean and organized, well provisioned.
Crew meals: lunch and dinner
Guest meals: Owners are Americans, they like American cuisine, seafood, midwestern food. one owner is Gluten free and one kid is peanut free.
Breakfast, lunch, hors d'œuvres, and dinner.
Job specifics: There is an upcoming private 7-day trip starting March 10th with 8 guest and 5 crew. There is one guest that is Gluten free. You will join in St Thomas.
