Deck/Engineer – Private 30m M/Y
This is a great permanent opportunity aboard a 30m private motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean with winters based in Palma. The yacht runs with a crew of 4 and is looking for a hands-on Deck/Engineer who is confident being the sole deckhand on board and enjoys working within a small, supportive team. A positive attitude and willingness to assist across all departments are key for this role.
Start date: ASAP
Itinerary: Mediterranean (winters in Palma)
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 30 days paid leave
Experience/Skills required:
• Previous experience on yachts as Deck/Engineer preferred
• Confident working as the only deckhand on board
• Positive disposition and motivated character
• Genuine team player
• Professional appearance
• Previous refit experience
• Strong deck skills
• Good tender driving experience
Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
