The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on 2nd Stewardess to join a 52m private yacht.
The yacht runs with a team of three in the interior and has a busy programme ahead, including a large family onboard and the introduction of light charters later in the year. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience and proven longevity, who is confident stepping up when required and supporting the Chief Stewardess in leading the junior team member.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across service, housekeeping, cocktails/mocktails and wine knowledge. Attention to detail is essential to meet the high standards onboard. Confidence with inventory logging and computer systems is required, as you will work closely with the Chief Stewardess to maintain organisation and efficiency.
A bubbly yet professional personality is key, someone confident, supportive, good with children and able to integrate into a humorous and close-knit crew environment. Charter exposure and experience on smaller yachts will be considered a bonus.
