The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a hands-on Deckhand with ideally from shipyards, villa, or home construction industries. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition into the yachting industry or who has little yacht experience, as training will be provided to develop core deckhand skills.
Any prior experience on yachts is a bonus but not essential. Candidates should be proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn in a professional yachting environment.
