The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a well-presented Chief Stewardess to join a 65m+ dual-season private and charter yacht currently based in La Ciotat, due to depart at the end of May to begin the Mediterranean season.
This is a dual-season yacht operating both privately and for charter, completing approximately 5-6 charters in the Mediterranean, with a quieter period in the Caribbean. Tips are shared equally. The yacht is not a party yacht; it has strong family-oriented values and a structured onboard environment. The owners use the yacht heavily, often spending several weeks onboard at a time and occasionally welcoming family or friends for weekends.
The ideal candidate will have discreet tattoos only and may be an experienced Second Stewardess ready to step up into a Chief Stew role. We are looking for someone professional, polished, and confident in their ability. A calm presence and strong emotional intelligence are essential - you must be able to read the room, engage comfortably in conversation with Madam, and build a respectful, trusting relationship. Transparency, honesty, and confidence are highly valued. There is no room for big egos, but the successful candidate must be capable and self-assured.
This is a shared cabin position.
