Permanent 3rd Officer – 120m+ Motor Yacht (Europe)

Single Cabin (Male or Female)
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Permanent 3rd Officer to join a 120m+ motor yacht operating within Europe. This is a single cabin position and is open to both male and female candidates.
The vessel operates to high standards with a structured programme and professional crew culture. The successful candidate must be able to step in immediately and contribute across both bridge and deck departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge watchkeeping duties
- Supporting full passage planning and navigation administration
- ECDIS route preparation and corrections
- Experience with Raytheon bridge systems
- Working knowledge of IDEA PMS, Pinpoint, and Sortly
- Tender driving (guest and operational use)
- Assisting with deck operations and maintenance
- Supporting the development and refinement of SOPs
- Compliance support and bridge documentation management
Requirements:
- OOW Unlimited (minimum)
- Large yacht experience preferred (100m+ advantageous)
- Confident tender driver
- Strong administrative and organisational ability
- Up-to-date STCW and valid ENG1
- Professional presentation and proactive attitude
