Temporary Deckhand – 1 Month Contract (ASAP Start)
We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 120m+ motor yacht in Europe for a 1-month temporary contract, starting ASAP.
This position requires proven big-boat experience. Candidates must be confident operating within a structured deck department and understand the standards expected on large yachts.
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience on 70m+ yachts (120m+ preferred)
- Strong tender driving skills and confident guest operations
- Experience working as part of a clearly structured team (Bosun / Lead Hands / Deckhands)
- Solid understanding of maintenance routines and deck operations
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
You will be joining an established deck team and must be able to integrate quickly, follow chain of command, and operate to a high standard from day one.
