Summary

A fully rotational (2:2) position for a crew chef to cook for 30+ crew on this 126m motor yacht.  The right candidate will have previous yacht experience (ideally 2 years minimum) as well as proven land based restaurant experience and must have a culinary qualification.  Joining in South Pacific for the beginning of April 2026. Its important that the candidate has a wider repertoire of cuisines at their fingertips as they will be cooking for a multi national crew and whilst crew numbers are usually around 30 this can go up to 45/50 when catering for supernumeraries and additional staff on board or from the chase boat. The galley team is fully rotational and consists of a 2 Head Chefs, 2 Sous Chefs and 2 Crew Chefs. Worldwide Itinerary starting in Costa Rica and then heading to New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti and Australia over the next year or so.     Candidates must be culinary trained, have all relevant yacht certificates including their Ships Cook Certificate. B1 B2 Visa preferred but not essential.
