Summary

We are seeking a rotational Sous Chef (2 months on / 2 months off) for a 60m private motor yacht accommodating up to 12 guests.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in healthy, fitness-focused cuisine and enjoy cooking nutritious, high-quality meals for both guests and crew. The role includes assisting the Head Chef during guest trips. Guest food preferences lean towards fresh, healthy Ottolenghi-style cuisine.

The yacht is currently in the Canary Islands and has an extensive itinerary including Antigua, New York, Halifax, Greenland, and further international destinations.

This is a well-run private program with supportive owners who value crew wellbeing and are looking for a long-term fit.

Benefits include a 13 month salary and personal development fund. B1B2 & SCC needed.
