We’re looking for our next Recruitment Consultant to join our team, working within the high-end hospitality sector to connect exceptional chefs with distinguished clients.
What you’ll do:
- Source, interview, and match talented chefs with high-end clients
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging talent
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English essential, French / Spanish / Italian a plus!)
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Confident computer and office software skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
- Experience in recruitment, hospitality, private households, or yachting is advantageous
