Bosun

Summary

• 70m Plus Newly launched Private motor yacht are seeking a Lead hand/Bosun to join them end of February – Early March 2026 – some flexibility for the perfect candidate

• Great opportunity to join a fantastic team and Quay Crew has placed a good number of the deck team onboard

• Great captains and Chief officers along with an exciting itinerary coming up including world cruising very shortly and time spent in the Pacific in the near future

• Must have experience in a leadership role – ideally coming from Lead hand on 80m plus or Bosun on 60m plus yachts

• The role will involve a step up/step down rotation working as the Bosun for 2 months and filling in as lead hand for 1 month at a time

• Must have Yachtmaster, solid references and be a strong leader with a good overall deck skillset and solid tender driving experience

• B1/B2 Visa would be advantageous

• Salary TBC and DOE, 3;1 rotation, 13^th month bonus, full medical, training budget – full package to be discussed during initial calls
