Chief Officer/1st Mate

Summary

• 60m Private Motor yacht are looking for a Chief Officer to join them end of February

• Quay Crew have a longstanding relationship with the Captain and we are looking for a driven, hard working and natural leader for this great opportunity

• CM3000 COC required

• Happy to consider a strong 2^nd officer with 2+ years on 60m plus yachts looking to make a step up to Chief Officer

• You need to be strong with ISM, not shy away from deck and be able to confidently lead the deck team

• Yard period in Italy for the next 5-6 months, Cruising Turkey and Seychelles lates in the year

• Nice crew, good longevity, good mix of nationalities and a nice working environment with a supportive Captain

• Owner is family style, easy going, enjoys fishing and watersports

• Boss usesage is steady with trips lasting 2-4 weeks at a time

• On offer is a package of 6825 Euros, trial period which roll into a rotational time for time contract, 13^th month bonus, training allowance – full package TBD during initial calls

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
