Must be confident holding your own navigational watch – the role will be mostly deck based running the deck team and daily operations but will be involved in bridge watches and admin

Happy to consider someone coming from a larger yacht as 2nd officer looking to make a step up or a chief mate from similar size yacht with experience
On offer is a package of 7500 USD, 38 days leave, as much time off is given for crew to have downtime and explore, lots of weekends where possible. Training and Bonus scheme currently being discussed with owner
