Yacht: 32m Private Motor Yacht
Location: Palma de Mallorca (Mediterranean program)

We are currently seeking an experienced Captain to join a 32m private motor yacht based in Palma operating a single-season Mediterranean program.
The Captain will be responsible for the overall management of the vessel, including safe navigation, crew leadership, technical oversight, compliance, budgeting, and the smooth day-to-day operation of the yacht. The vessel runs with a core crew of two (Captain + Deckhand), supported by two additional seasonal crew members from April to October.
This role requires a discreet, service-oriented, and hands-on leader who is confident operating within a lean crew structure and maintaining high standards both technically and operationally.
Important Requirement – Mandatory Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience onboard Mangusta yachts is mandatory.
Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Requirements
- Master 200GT
- Valid ENG1 / Medical Fitness Certificate
- Seaman’s Book
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- Advanced Fire Fighting
- Medical Care
- Survival Craft & Rescue Boats (preferred)
- Fluent English required
- German and Spanish are a plus
- Currently based in the EU
Package
- Salary: €7,500 per month
- Permanent contract
- Leave entitlement: 3.83 days per month
