CREW CHEF 120M+ MY
We are looking for a Crew Chef to join a privately owned 120m+ yacht. With a nice rotation on offer, internal opportunities for growth and a supportive team; this is a wonderful role for a talented Chef towards the start of their yachting career.
The role:
- Prepare high-quality, healthy, and varied crew meals for the diverse team onboard.
- Assist the senior chefs with maintaining great galley standards and operations.
- Have an opportunity to work with state of the art equipment
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, organisation, and consistency - we are looking for someone who is self-motivated.
- Private, dual season program
- Start date: There can be flexibility for the right candidate with the role either starting asap, in 6 weeks or 12 weeks.
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally at least a year's experience onboard.
- Experience on 100m+ vessel is preferred.
- Formal culinary training and/or strong restaurant background preferred
- Pastry skills advantageous
What’s on offer:
- Salary: 4,500 euros per month
- Leave: 12:6 rotation (weeks)
