CAPTAIN – 112’ RIVA DOLCE VITA (NEW BUILD – FINAL STAGES)
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Captain to join a brand-new 112’ Riva Dolce Vita currently in her final stages of build, with yard completion expected around June. We are looking to place the right candidate as soon as possible to be involved in the final stages of delivery, commissioning, and setup of the program.
This is a dynamic, owner-operated program with an active family, so we are ideally seeking a fit and energetic Captain who can match the pace and lifestyle of the owner and his family. The owner is in his late 40s with four children, so experience in family-style operations, water sports, and guest engagement is highly valued.
Additional Information:
- 112’ Riva Dolce Vita (finishing build in the yard – delivery around June)
- Summer itinerary: Mediterranean
- Winter itinerary: South Florida, Bahamas & Caribbean
- Base port: Miami, docked behind the owner’s residence in Coral Gables
- Intended to operate as a private/limited charter vessel
We are looking for a Captain who:
- Has proven experience on similar-sized performance or luxury motor yachts
- Is proactive, organized, and comfortable building out a new program from the ground up
- Is confident with yard periods, sea trials, and delivery processes
- Is professional, personable, and capable of working closely with a high-profile, active family
- Has strong leadership skills and can assemble and manage a capable crew
- Is enthusiastic about running a dual private/charter operation
