Summary

TEMP / RELIEF MATE – 34m PRIVATE/CHARTER MY (269GT)

March 4–16

We’re seeking an experienced Relief Mate to join a well-run 34m (269GT) private/charter motor yacht from March 4–16. You’ll be stepping into an established program alongside a professional, energetic crew during an active operational period. This is an ideal role for a capable Mate who can integrate quickly and support deck operations seamlessly.

Program highlights:

• Caribbean-based operations

• Established private/charter program

• Supportive crew and shoreside management

• Busy but well-organised schedule

The right candidate:

• Previous Mate or relief experience on similar-sized yachts

• Confident, professional, and proactive on deck

• Strong seamanship and deck maintenance skills

• Comfortable supporting both private and charter operations

• Able to step in and add value immediately

• Available March 4–16

Requirements:

• STCW 95 / STCW 2010

• ENG1

• B1/B2, Green Card, or U.S. Citizen

This is a solid short-term opportunity to join a quality yacht and experienced crew for a defined relief period.
