Responsibilities
- Overall command, safe operation, and navigation of the vessel
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and maintenance standards
- Leadership, scheduling, and professional development of crew
- Voyage planning and execution
- Upholding a high standard of onboard service and guest experience
- Liaison with management and shoreside support as required
