Summary

Position: TEMP CREW CHEF for YARD - COOKING FOR CREW ONLY 

Must be legal to work in the US. Citizen, work authorization, green card. Paid on a W2. 

Yacht: Motor 60m

Temp contract for approx. 1-2 months  

Itinerary: Fort Lauderdale

License Required: Solid crew cooking experience. Food safety/hygiene certificate. 

Requirements: US Citizen or green card holder/work visa

STCW + Refresher

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months)

Clean galley habits

Good provisioning and food storage skills

Easy going and fun to be around

A well planned menu and healthy balanced meals for crew  

Ability to cook for 12 crew

Background check and drug testing may apply. 

Responsibilities: Cooking for the crew. Galley. Working harmoniously with the Interior staff. Provisioning, menu planning. ** a significant amount of work will also be taking place in the galley during this period.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
