CHIEF STEWARDESS – 42M FF M/Y – PRIVATE – SEASONAL
Seasonal position running from April through September in the Med.
Seeking an experienced and polished Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department of 2 for the Med season. This role is ideal for a confident Chief with exceptional silver service skills and strong cocktail and beverage knowledge. The program is fast-paced and guest-focused, requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent leadership.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the interior team, setting and maintaining service standards
-Deliver formal silver service at a high level for owner and guests
-Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails, wines, and beverages
-Oversee daily interior operations including service, housekeeping, and laundry
-Manage inventories, provisioning, and interior budgets
-Train and mentor junior interior crew
-Coordinate closely with the Captain, Chef, and deck team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
-Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels
-Excellent silver service skills are essential
-Strong cocktail-making and beverage knowledge
-Professional, organized, and calm under pressure
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Available April through September for the full season
