B1/B2 essential! MALE Crew chef required for this beautiful dual season Med / Caribbean 110m+ charter yacht. Incredible crew, nice owners, busy yacht. 90 days off per year, usually split into 2 leave periods, the first of which would be after 4 months.
Start date 11/02/26. No flexibility.

A fabulous galley and unbelievable galley team (of 3). Someone needs to come in and hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be entirely responsible for keeping 40 lovely, hardworking team-players, well fed and energised for the long shifts. There will be the opportunity to shadow the Sous and Executive Chefs too, of course.
Happy to take someone who is new to yachting, as long as they have formal culinary training and fantastic high- end kitchen / restaurant / gastro pub experience.
The dynamic and atmosphere in the galley is really great (as it is throughout the crew) so no room for big egos. Just someone with excellent work ethic, who is excited to show case their talents in cooking. A Chef who can use initiative and see what needs to be done, without being told. Great hygiene and cleanliness. Must be of sober habits with top notch references (we WILL check). This is a fit, healthy and active crew, so someone who is like minded, will work best onboard.
Must be confident in their ability to keep good accounts for the crew good, have strong organisational and time keeping skills.
