  • Contribute to developing interior workflows, standards, and service procedures ahead of delivery

Operational Role & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing interior team, setting the benchmark for service, presentation, and hospitality
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team across all interior duties, including service, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Deliver confident, polished service to high-profile guests
  • Work closely with the Chef to ensure seamless, well-timed, and personalised guest experiences
  • Maintain a calm, organised, and professional interior operation during busy guest periods

Candidate Profile

  • Discreet, professional, and naturally guest-focused
  • Strong pride in presentation, service standards, and team performance
  • Motivated to contribute meaningfully during the new build phase
  • Committed to the yacht’s long-term success and operational excellence
