Summary
Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a detail-driven and professional Housekeeper to join the interior team onboard a prestigious 60m+ motor yacht. This role is focused on maintaining immaculate standards across guest, Owner, and family areas, ensuring the interior is consistently presented to the highest level within a private yacht environment.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently as part of a large interior team while following established routines and standards.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper on large yachts or within luxury hospitality environments
- Exceptional attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Strong understanding of interior cleaning techniques and product use
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Professional presentation and a positive, service-orientated attitude
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest cabins, bathrooms, and interior spaces to a five-star standard
- Carry out daily housekeeping routines, deep cleaning, and detailed finishing
- Assist with turn-downs and preparation of cabins for Owner and guest use
- Follow set standards, checklists, and procedures as directed by senior interior crew
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pantries, lockers, and housekeeping stores
- Report maintenance issues or damage promptly
Interior Support
- Support the interior team with vessel preparation for Owner and guest trips
- Assist with inventories and stock rotation of housekeeping supplies
- Work collaboratively with other interior departments as required
