Summary
Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Spa Manager to join the interior team onboard a prestigious 70m+ motor yacht. This is a dual-role position, requiring a candidate who fully understands and embraces that housekeeping is a significant and essential part of the role, alongside full responsibility for the onboard spa operation.
The successful candidate will be hands-on and highly organised, capable of delivering exceptional spa treatments while maintaining immaculate standards across the spa area and supporting the wider housekeeping team as required. This role is suited to a candidate with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a clear understanding of private yacht expectations.

Key Requirements
- Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualifications (massage, manicure, pedicure, facials or equivalent)
- Previous experience in yachting, luxury spa, or ultra-high-end hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards, treatment protocols, and spa operations
- Proven housekeeping experience with excellent attention to detail
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Professional presentation with a discreet and service-orientated approach
Spa Management & Treatment Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the onboard spa area, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards
- Deliver massage, manicure, pedicure, and facial treatments to Owner and guests as requested
- Ensure correct setup, presentation, and breakdown of the spa for all treatments
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards within the spa
- Manage spa products, equipment, stock control, and ordering
- Adapt treatments to guest preferences while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Actively support the housekeeping team as part of daily interior operations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa, guest, and assigned interior areas
- Follow set housekeeping routines, standards, and checklists
- Assist with turn-downs, detailing, and preparation for Owner and guest use
- Work closely with senior interior crew to ensure seamless service delivery
Interior Operations & Standards
- Balance spa responsibilities with housekeeping duties effectively
- Maintain organisation of spa and housekeeping storage areas
- Communicate guest preferences and treatment schedules clearly with the interior team
- Support interior preparation for Owner and guest trips as required
