Summary
Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a motivated and service-driven Stewardess with prior sailing yacht experience to join the interior team of a 50m+ new build sailing yacht. This role is ideal for a capable junior stewardess who is confident in guest service, eager to develop strong hospitality skills, and keen to grow within a professional sailing yacht programme.
The successful candidate will be involved from the build phase, supporting interior setup and service preparation, before transitioning into a guest-facing operational role post-delivery.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in guest service within yachting or luxury hospitality environments
- Confident in table service, drink service, and guest interaction
- Hands-on, adaptable, and keen to learn from senior interior crew
- Enthusiastic about the sailing yacht lifestyle, including assisting with sailing manoeuvres and docking when required
- Proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
New Build Responsibilities
- Support setup and preparation of interior and service areas under guidance of senior team members
- Assist with inventory, organisation, and preparation of service equipment pre-delivery
- Support quality checks, documentation, and service-related logistics during the build phase
- Maintain high presentation standards across guest and service areas
Operational Service Role & Development
- Work under the Chief and First Stewardess to deliver high-level guest service
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail service to a high standard
- Support bar service, table setup, and service presentation
- Play a key role in guest turnarounds, events, and daily service operations
- Develop professionally within a structured interior team while contributing to a positive onboard atmosphere
