Summary
We are currently seeking a Temporary Chief Officer to join a 55+m Charter Motor Yacht.
This vessel is currently going through a sale and will be then heading to the shipyard for the winter. The vessel is completing winter shipyard works and pre sale surveys. This is an iconic vessel that has a reputation for charters. there is a potential for the role to go permanent after the sale of the vessel. We are looking for a hands on Chief officer that is able to get his hand dirty on deck, manage the deck team of 4, able to manage the deck maintenance and has a strong knowledge of all bridge procedures and can work with the vessels Full ISM system. The vessel is currently based in Italy and will be heading to the shipyard in the next week.

Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chief Officer or First Mate on similar-sized yachts
- Proficient with safety and navigation procedures aboard motor yachts
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- OOW 3000GT or Higher
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in yacht maintenance and safety equipment management
- Good eyes for detail
Package:
- Salary: €7,000 - 7,500pcm
