We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 50m+ motor yacht, operating both privately and chartered. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief stewardess in providing exceptional service to guests, maintaining the interior cleanliness and organisation and ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht’s hospitality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a newly launched vessel, which combines luxury, functionality and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working well within a close-knit professional crew environment.
The vessel operates in the Mediterranean and has a good reputation for busy seasons with repeat charter clients. The owners us the vessel during the summer and are very crew focused and like to retain their crew.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess in the yachting industry
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Food Hygiene lvl2
- Strong understanding of yacht interiors, service and housekeeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to accommodate guest needs and requests
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Package:
- Salary: €4,000 pcm
- Leave: 5 days paid leave per month - (60 days paid per year)
