We are seeking a motivated and professional Deckhand to join a 60m+ BUSY private and charter yacht operating a dual-season programme. This role is well suited to someone who is keen to develop their career within yachting, with the benefit of a supportive programme offering both flight and training allowances. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious and a strong team player, capable of maintaining high standards while contributing positively to a busy deck department.
