Chef/Stew Position (Couple with Captain) – 15m Charter Catamaran | Bahamas
We are seeking an experienced, creative and guest-focused Chef/Stew ideally applying as part of a couple with a Captain, to join a 16m charter catamaran operating exclusively in the Bahamas. The start date is the 1rst of November 2026. The yacht has high booking rates ensuring a strong tipping environment. The vessel runs with two crew and hosts up to eight guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a yacht or charter chef
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to cater to diverse guest preferences
- Hands-on, organized and excellent with guest interaction
Contract & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: USD 4,500 DOE
- Seasonal contract from November–August with 21 days leave
- Arrival and end-of-season flight credit provided
- Booking referral bonus for charters generated from crew leads
