Captain Position (Couple with Chef/Stew) – 15m Charter Catamaran | Bahamas
We are seeking an experienced and guest-friendly Captain, ideally applying as part of a couple with a Chef/Stew, to operate a 15m charter catamaran based exclusively in the Bahamas. The start date is the 1rst of November. The yacht has high booking rates, meaning strong tips are consistently expected. It runs with two crew and accommodates up to eight guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar captain role
- Hands-on approach, strong problem-solving, and excellent guest interaction
- Passionate about sailing
Contract & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: USD 4,500 DOE
- Seasonal contract from November–August with 21 days leave
- Arrival and end-of-season flight credit provided
- Booking referral bonus for charters generated from crew leads
