Summary
A 58m private motor yacht based in Australia, is looking for a Bosun to start at the end of July, early August.
This is a great opportunity for an Australian or New Zealand citizen looking to return home and still work in the yachting industry.
Candidates must hold at a minimum, their STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster Offshore or AMSA Master 24m, be confident to stand a navigational watch and drive large tenders.
The package includes an attractive salary of $7500 AUD DOE plus superannuation, a minimum of 6 weeks annual leave, an annual salary review, bonus and training package at the owners discretion after 1 year on board.
The yacht is currently on the West Coast of Australia and will be departing at the end of August for the Kimberly's, West Papau, East Coast of Australia then onto the Pacific.
The ideal candidate will be someone who, is confident with all deck duties, have a minimum of 1 years yachting experience. Candidates with fishing, surfing, water sports and diving experience are preferred.
As the yacht is based out of Australia, only candidates with Australian work rights will be considered.
