Job description:
- The role involves supporting the Head Chef with daily food preparation for guests, provisioning and cooking for crew.
- The ideal candidate will possess significant culinary experience, a strong understanding of various cuisines, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient galley at all times.
- It's a hard-working yacht that accommodates up to 26 guests and has over 10 back-to-back charters, so a great sense of humor and fantastic work ethic is a must.
Essential Qualifications:
- Discharge book
- STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
- ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
- Food & Hygiene Qualifications (Level 2 or 3)
- Ship's Cook Certificate
- All essential certificates and visas must be valid and in good order.
