Experience: Proven Chief Stewardess experience on busy charter yachts.
Visas: Schengen zone citizen or work permit in Croatia.
Language: Fluent English is required
Job description:
- We are seeking a strong and highly organized Chief Stewardess with extensive charter experience, ideally accustomed to fast-paced, back-to-back charter programs.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong planning ability, and a calm, high-energy approach that supports the charter program.
- Lead and train the interior team, ensuring seamless daily service and immaculate presentation of all interior areas.
- Oversee provisioning, inventories, guest preferences, and event setups.
- Coordinate closely with the Captain and Head Chef for guest itineraries and onboard service.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, table service, and guest care.
- Manage interior administration, budgets, and stock control
Key Requirements:
- Respect for hierarchy and clear communication are essential.
Essential Qualifications:
- Discharge book
- Level 2/3 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering
- STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
- ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
- Advanced table service
- It is desirable but not mandatory to have an IAMI GUEST CoC
- All essential certificates and visas must be valid and in good order.
