Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Captain for a 96ft Explorer yacht built by Bloemsma Van Breemen.
This is a strictly private program with a true worldwide cruising itinerary, not a milk run.
The yacht is currently completing a major refit in Florida, including:
- New main engines
- New generators
- Full exterior paint
- New interior
She is scheduled to launch the first week of March, with plans to cruise to New Orleans for Jazz Fest in April, followed by extensive global exploration.
Program & Owner
The owner is a genuine adventure-seeker who enjoys traveling off the beaten path. He is intelligent, engineering-minded, resourceful, highly approachable, generous, and deeply invested in the yacht and its operation. This is a collaborative environment with an owner who values competence, transparency, and professionalism.
The yacht is fully managed, and the Captain will work closely with the Yacht Manager to ensure smooth operations and strong shoreside support.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as Captain/Engineer
- Fundamental engineering knowledge is essential due to the explorer nature of the vessel
