Seeking a great rotational chef to join a professionally run private 67m Motor yacht.
Minimum requirements:
- Ships cook cert
- food / hygiene level 2
- Classically trained
- background in high end restaurants and reputable yachts
- ENG - 1 or equivalent
- All basic and refresher STCW Certs
- Drivers license - ability to drive!
- Computer literate
- Good time management / organisational skills
- Impeccable hygiene standards
- Proven track record on similar or larger sized vessels
- Team player
- non smoker / e-cigarettes

The successful candidate will have have a deep sense of professional pride, impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards while maintaining the galley, dry stores, fridges / freezers, to the highest standards,
You must be able to competently manage the provisioning, inventory and Galley Budgets using Voly, have experience writing menus and work collaboratively with the C/S
A broad repertoire of international cuisine, the ability to deliver healthy and varied options and cater for various dietary requirements is essential, .
