Summary
Seeking an experienced Navigational Officer / for a Private 67m Motor yacht.
Minimum requirements:
- Chief Mate 3000gt
- ENG - 1 or equivalent
- All basic and refresher STCW Certs
- Proven ISM experience
- highly competent Computer literacy skills
- Good management skills
- Extensive Tender driving skills
- Very good seamanship
- Very safety conscious
- Proven track record on similar or larger sized vessels
- Team player
Highly desirable:
- Master 3000gt
- OOW Unlimited / Chief Mate unlimited
- Good watersports experience
- Sense of Humor
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven management experience.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of ISM - improving and implementing, completing RA's, writing SOP's, completing permits to work and and all other safety related paperwork.
Experience with completing Port Clearance documentation / Garbage (MARPOL) etc is desirable.
You must be comfortable managing the Bridge and ALL procedures, including managing the second Officer, you must be a competent navigational officer, with extensive experience being in charge of a Navigational watch, (heavy traffic, restricted visibility etc) with proven Navigational experience Passage Planning experience. Strong deck experience and excellent large tender driving experience required, must be very comfortable managing the deck crew in all aspects, from general maintenance tasks, operationally and during shipyard periods.
