Lead Deckhand

LEAD DECKHAND NEEDED - 60–70m MY

We’re looking for a Lead Deckhand to join a private motor yacht, with an immediate start in Europe (12–13 January).

 Start: Immediate 

 Location: Europe 

 Experience: Minimum 2+ years solid deck experience; strong tender‑driving skills essential. Additional skills such as carpentry and painting are highly desirable.

 Requirements: 

• Lead by example, overseeing a team of four deck crew and stepping into the Relief Bosun role during his leave 

• Strong team player with a positive attitude, we have a fun, professional, and socially active crew onboard 

• Must already be based in Europe 

• Competitive package and training programme offered

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
