Seeking a motivated Deck/Stew to join a busy charter catamaran operating in the Bahamas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow on deck, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a fun, professional charter team. Great Captain and Chef onboard with a strong base of repeat clients.
Responsibilities
• Primarily exterior-focused role with deck operations as the priority
• Assist with docking, lines, fenders, anchoring, and guest activities
• Operate tender and assist with watersports
• Support interior service and housekeeping as needed
• Maintain clean, organized decks and equipment
Requirements
• Previous yachting or deck experience preferred
• Comfortable operating a 15ft tender
• Strong work ethic and positive, proactive attitude
• Charter-minded with good guest interaction skills
• Looking to grow and build experience on deck
