Summary
We are looking for a Sous/Crew Chef for a 65m+ Private M/Y.
-Seasonal Position to start the mid-January in the Caribbean.
-Itinerary: Winter East Coast USA & Caribbean, Summer in the Mediterranean.
-Candidates should have a minimum of one year experience and preferably on vessels over 50m.
-You will need to be confident provisioning and providing high-quality, healthy, and varied crew meals for 16 crew.
-You will be required to assist the Head Chef when needed whilst maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and consistency - we are looking for someone who is self-motivated.
-Formal culinary training and/or strong restaurant background is preferred. Pastry skills advantageous.
-Total of 16 mixed nationality crew on board.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
-B1/B2 Visa is essential.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
