Summary
We are looking for a Rotational Sole Chef for a 35m+ Private M/Y.
-Rotational Position (2:2) to start the 1st of March in Florida.
-Itinerary: Mediterranean summers and winter in the Caribbean.
-Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience on similar sized vessels.
-Simple and healthy Mediterranean style cooking is required.
-The position will suit a strong chef that can deal with owners with very high expectations.
-The owners use the vessel heavily, spending months onboard at a time.
-Total of 8 mixed nationality crew on board.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
-B1/B2 Visa is essential.
-Candidates located in Florida, Caribbean or Central/South America will be given preference as you will be required to have a trial prior to commencement of employment.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
