Deckhand – 120m+ Private Motor Yacht

Salary: EUR 3500
Leave: Inclusive of salary with a initial temporary contract
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Deckhand to join the team aboard a 120m+ private motor yacht currently based in Germany for an initial Yard period followed by relocation to the Mediterranean.
In this temporary position, you will report to the Bosun in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the vessel in the Deck Department, supporting smooth deck operations and maintenance. Strong tender driving skills a bonus.
- Assisting the Bosun with deck operations, team coordination, and maintenance
- Operating guest tenders, including twin screw and twin prop vessels
- Supporting water sports and guest activities as required
- Contributing to upkeep of exterior finishes and deck inventories
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant yachting experience on vessels >50 meters
- Team player with strong communication and a proactive attitude
- Positive crew mentality and professional presentation
- Must have AB or Nav Watch Rating, Proficiency in Designated Security Duties and Crowd Control and Crisis Management
- Be based in Europe with either EU/UK Passport or Schengen Visa valid until May 2026
