Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cook/Crew Chef to join our team on a 77m vessel based in France, serving a crew of 22. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious and appealing meals for the crew and assisting the Head Chef while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Duties will include menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring all dietary requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, efficiency, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus. This is a permanent position, and the role will involve working onboard as the vessel cruises the Mediterranean Sea, with the homeport situated in France.
