Summary

We are seeking an Executive/Head Chef to lead culinary operations on a 77m vessel based in France. This permanent position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-end catering and menu development, as well as strong leadership skills to manage the galley team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing innovative menus, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
