A 40m private motor yacht is seeking a Bosun to join a fun, professional crew on a unique programme operating as a support vessel for a well known J-class .
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Bosun or a strong Lead Deckhand ready to step up, who enjoys watersports, chase boat driving, and an active owner programme.
The boat will be cruising the med this summer 2026 with onward plans TBC
Ideal Candidate
- Proven Bosun, or strong Lead Deckhand ready to step up
- Excellent tender and chase boat driving skills
- Strong interest or experience in watersports; kitesurfing highly desirable
- YMO preferred (Yacht Rating considered)
- Team player with a positive, balanced personality
The Package
- Salary: 3800 USD per month
- Leave: 30 days per year
- Considerable downtime and flexibility when owners are not on board
- 13th-month bonus
- ASAP start (up to one month’s notice considered for the right candidate)
