We are looking for a Experienced Captain with solid sailing and engineering experience to join a 23m Private Swan SY
This yacht has been meticulously upgraded by the current owner - with winters spent in the yard for mechanical and aesthetic upgrades
The yacht is owned by a family who enjoy exclusive private use - They hope to cross the Atlantic this year
The Role
This is a hands-on dual role suited to a capable sailor with strong technical knowledge.
- Combined Captain / Engineer position - Yachtmaster Ocean
- Confident managing all onboard engineering and technical systems
- Hands-on with maintenance and fault-finding
- Previous regatta experience is a bonus
- Well suited to those looking for a long term position and willing to provide 18 months commitment
- Ability to work within the EU - Must hold a Schengen visa if non EU passport holder
Cruising Plans
- Mediterranean season from April to September
- Return to Barcelona for a short yard period
- Atlantic crossing planned late November, followed by Caribbean cruising
Contract & Salary
Salary: €6,000 per month +++
