Mate Position – 95’ Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mate to join a 95’ private motor yacht operating on a Mediterranean summer / Caribbean winter itinerary. The vessel is private-use only (not a charter/party boat) and maintains high standards of professionalism, safety, and upkeep.
Start Date: ASAP – vessel departing for the Caribbean at the end of this month
Requirements:
- Yachtmaster Offshore (or higher) or USCG 100-Ton license (or equivalent)
- Proven navigational and watchkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of passage planning, coastal navigation, and bridge operations
- Confident in close-quarters maneuvering and assisting with docking
- Solid deck maintenance and safety skills
- Ability to work well as part of a small, professional crew
- Comfortable interacting with guests, combining a positive sense of humor with a professional onboard presence
- Valid STCW, ENG1 (or equivalent), and clean background
- Knowledge of Mediterranean is a plus
