Start Date: ASAP
Salary: €7,500
Leave: 42 days annual leave
Qualifications:
- Master 500 GT
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sailing Yacht Captain
- Strong charter background preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Schengen visa or EU residency required
Other:
- Vessel based in La Spezia
- Charter itinerary primarily Italy and Greece
- Well-run charter programme with an established operational plan
