Summary
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Stew/Stewardess for a 60m Charter Yacht
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: €2,700 – €3,000 DOE
Leave: 49 days leave per year
Qualifications:
- STCW
- ENG1
- Schengen Visa (or right to work within Schengen)
Requirements:
- Previous yachting experience preferred
- Confident working across interior operations, with a strong service focus
- Able to rotate onto service during busy charter periods
- Professional, proactive, and capable of integrating quickly into a fast-paced team
- Positive attitude with a calm and solution-focused approach
Other:
- The vessel is currently based in Nassau, Bahamas, completing a charter season in the Bahamas and/or Caribbean
- Following the winter season, the yacht will return to Europe for a yard period before commencing a busy Mediterranean summer charter season
- Additional skills (such as barista, wine knowledge, or other relevant interior skills) are beneficial but not essential
- This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is ready to contribute immediately and thrive in a high-standard charter environment
