• 95m+ Dual season Private/Charter yacht are looking for an experienced Bosun to join them end of January 2026 – slightly flexible for the right candidate

• Incredible opportunity for a Bosun to join a well-run program with high standards, excellent crew and a fast-paced environment working alongside a great senior team

• They are looking for an experienced bosun coming from large yachts and confident in running large teams with full autonomy of the daily deck operations and oversight of the team

• You will need to have previous Bosun experience on 70m plus yachts to be considered

• Must have high standards, excellent leadership skills and be confident in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to guide and upskill the deck team

• Good mixture of charter and private usage in both the Med & Caribbean and with confirmed and booked charters for the remainder of the Caribbean season and going into the Med Summer!

• You will have complete oversight of the deck ordering, daily work lists and overseeing the busy operations and deck maintenance. You need to be top of your game, motiving and confident leading the deck team

• Excellent package of offer with DOE salary and a good range for the right candidate, time for time rotation, even split of tips and an annual training allowance towards courses – full details TBD during initial calls

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
