• 70m+ Dual season Private Motor yacht are looking for a 2^nd officer to join them 11^th February 2026

• This is an incredible opportunity for an established 2^nd officer looking to make the next step in their career working with a well run program, motivated crew and an exciting future ahead!

• They are looking for a 2^nd officer with 1-2 years experience able to hit the ground running. Huge focus onboard with safety culture and a lot of the initial job role will include improving processes from the get go

• They are looking for someone who is motivated and can work off their own initiative whilst following guidance and will be a genuine motivator to the junior crew

• Varied cruising and operations planned over the next 6 months and exciting long term plans for the future. The yacht is currently for sale, however it will offer good longevity and this will be discussed during initial calls with recruitment consultant with more details on hand to offer for candidates

• Quay Crew have a long standing relationship with the yacht and a lot of the crew have been placed by us! Excellent team and lovely working conditions!

• Must hold OOW 3000 gt along with B1/B2 Visa – CM 3000 would be preferred but not essential

• On offer is a great package offering a salary range of 6-8k USD DOE, time for time rotation, 13^th month bonus, full medical on/off the yacht

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
